  It is a affordable, decently build and maintained complex. The other residents will be the biggest issue. if your neighbor smokes anything you will smell it, my building's water has been shut off at least 20 times with last minute notice sometimes without and I had the luck opportunity to be forced to vacate due to bed bugs within my 2 years here. I cant wait to move.

  I needed an affordable apartment close to work for a short duration. Fox Pointe offered exactly what I was looking for and were so easy to work with. The office manage, Carla, was an absolute gem! I loved my time at Fox Pointe and the fact that they have a generous policy on security deposit returns. I would rent here again in a heartbeat!
