  My entire experience was horrible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited 2 weeks for everything to be delivered after paid for. Everything came except my daughter's mattress and box spring. The delivery people were more helpful and had better customer service than in the people in the store. It's black Friday today, I didn't want my 3 children and I waisting our entire afternoon inside on this nice day. Misty needs a new job!!!! She is not helpful, and super unprofessional!!!! She told me that my mattress they forgot to put on the truck was on the way at 12pm. When the delivery guys were done putting together 2 beds and bunk beds they left. So, I called and Misty answers and tells me 30 min. It's now after 2pm. I have been waiting since 11am. I cant believe they treat their customers the way they do. I dont want free anything, but my time was limited today and she just made it worse. Rude! Do not waist your time or money at this store.
